Shipping Policy
As stated in our Refund Policy; to better preserve our planet and combat environmental waste, all items are made to order. Again - please review ALL product sizing charts, descriptions, materials, that have been provided for your sizing benefit.
Order Adjustment Period
Because we DO NOT enforce returns or refunds due to "change of mind" or buyers remorse; Divine Atlas Apparel maintains a "buyer's remorse & order adjustment period." Please see "Refund Policy" for specific information regarding adjustments and cancellations.
Noted for shipping times: ALL ORDERS PLACED on or after 11:00 PM MST - will be held until the subsequent calendar date as a courtesy for all customers. Any cancellations or adjustments MUST be submitted prior 11:00 PM MST for order rectification. At 11:00 PM MST, Divine Atlas Apparel will review all adjustment and cancellations sent in on or BEFORE 10:59 PM MST - orders will then be immediately sent to production.
Tracking
Once a product has been created (please allow 2-3 business days for product fulfillment), and prepared to ship - tracking information will be created for your order. As soon as the tracking information becomes available, (if selected during the checkout process) you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Shipping Times
As of Divine Atlas Apparel products are all created within fulfillment centers located in the United States. We are working to expand our options as a means to combat international shipping costs. We are currently limited on our order routing options- therefore INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE AS OF 7/28/2022 UNTIL ADDITIONAL INTEGRATIONS ARE IMPLEMENTED WITHIN OUR WEBSITE. Thank you for your patience as we work diligently to create alternative methods for our international customers.
United States Shipping
Due to the current fulfillment locations within the United States - Shipping is FREE on all orders containing a United States shipping delivery address. After tracking is received and the products are sent, please allow the U.S. postal service standard shipping time of 3-5 business days to arrive. As each customer is located in a different region, definitive times can be measured only by order tracking.
* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.
International

Legal
As stated in our "Terms of Service," "We," also known as "Divine Atlas Apparel LLC," will NOT be held liable for late cancellation or adjustment submissions, or be required to provide a refund to you for late buyer's remorse cancellations, adjustments; or any other circumstance in which a refund is requested. We are not responsible for postal service shipping or delivery times. We put every effort on our end to ensure that your items are created, tracked, and shipped, with the utmost care. We do not personally deliver your items, however- please see "Refund Policy" for any issues that may arise due to shipping damages or product defect. Divine Atlas Apparel will make every effort to correct defective items in a timely manner to you. Please contact us if you have any additional questions regarding our policies.
